101 铝件酸盐为干性粉状，溶于水后作为酸性侵蚀液使用；由多种活性成分和润湿剂等混合制成；可以取代电镀业所使用的大部分酸蚀液，有效去除钢铁、锌、铜、黄铜和铝合金零件上的氧化物和锈蚀物，从而得到无污迹且活化的表面。

101 铝件酸盐也可作为退铬后镍镀件的活化剂，比单独使用盐酸的效果更好。一般情况下， 101 铝件酸盐作为化学浸蚀液；如果零件表面有顽固的氧化膜和锈蚀物，建议在该液中进行阴极电解处理 ( 电流密度：5 ~ value="10" hasspace="True" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">10 A/dm² )
